Have you ever listened to Willie Foster? He is from Greenville. I had the honor of meeting him about 6 years ago; he autographed a photo and cd for me "Live at Airport Grocery" - such a great cd. He died a few years back.
I like your dad's website. Haven't clicked audio links, but will. Don't know Willie Foster. I did meet and interview Son Foster of Leland, MS in the late 70's. Yazoo City Schools brought him into the schools to sing and talk about the blues. Neat idea. Our interview was over three days. He would sit on the couch in my apartment and we would talk and he would play. A personal blues concert. I look back on that now and (1) wished I had taped it and (2) realize how cool that was.
